Drama Adventures for Boy & Girl Scouts

  
LIVE MUSICAL COMEDIES
Scouts watch a live performance, featuring professional child actors,
followed by a Q & A with the actors and a tour of the backstage at no extra charge!

An original musical comedy!  Curious bookworms learn the value of
reading and a varied literary diet!

DRAMA WORKSHOPS
Customized, interactive workshops with a professional instructor, designed to incorporate requirements from the appropriate handbook.  Available Year 'round, after a performance or alone, at our theatre facility or on-site at your next meeting.

FEE: $ 125  for up to 12 participants year 'round, $95 when you attend the show first ! 
$ 6 for each additional person • No Charge for Adults •
$ 25 travel charge for groups requesting on-site visits

DRAMA OVERNIGHT ADVENTURES
Spend the night at the theater and enjoy an evening of expanded, interactive and entertaining activities customized to your troop's age level and badge or interest project requirements, conducted by the director of the Young Artists Theater.  A sample of activities include interactive theater games, improvisation, taking direction, creating scenes, learning a mock dance audition, expressing emotion, career exploration (depending on age level) - all designed to help participants feel comfortable expressing themselves, feel more confident and ready to try new things, while earning their patches.  An evening snack, continental breakfast and a Young Artists patch are included.  Available year 'round or following an evening performance.  Many different arts-related workshops/ patches to select from!

FEE: $ 30 per participant, no charge for chaperones attending, available year 'round
